How To Use -
Tanning Sprays - We recommend that you have 2-3 sprays up each nostril 2x a day for 7 days. This is to build your base tan. We then recommend that you use your spray 2-3 times weekly to maintain your desired colour.
Tanning Drops - Put 2-3 drops under your tongue 15 minutes before sun exposure.
